Simply just that, I can't seem to get flowing/scrolling effect to work unless I have warp specified, I was wanting to do things like have light texture seemingly rotate around a circular tunnel etc to add a bit more flavor to my current map like is seen in N64 Quake 2 but no matter what I try it won't work (using quark to apply this after I finish map in trenchbroom) unless I applied warp which would not look good for what I'm wanting to do. And I have seen this be done in a number of maps before like scrolling a credits texture or like the ground in Railroad.bsp etc. Any idea what I might be doing wrong or overlooking? Searched around as much as I could but found nothing on the subject.

Found out! Apparently somehow my install was messed up/not working with it, when I saw even your example not working I knew something was up! tried in another install and it worked! I did do exactly that before in flags but apparently this is why it failed, thanks anyway, still helped since this told me I had an issue with my install! Just need to figure out why as I have one install of Quake 2 for just playing on the server I help admin and another install for working on maps only, yet they both use the same exact weapons mod.
Edit: Yay! Fully resolved! Copied my ref_gl file over from my good directory and that fixed it, apparently somehow had obsolete or corrupt files? At least it works now, thanks again =^.^=
