Simple mod to fix Male, Female, Cybor and Crakhor sounds. Open up g_spaw.cFind:gi.soundindex ("player/gasp1.wav"); // gasping for air Replace:gi.soundindex ("*gasp1.wav"); // gasping for air Find:gi.soundindex ("player/gasp2.wav"); // head breaking surface, not gasping Replace:gi.soundindex ("*gasp2.wav"); // head breaking surface, not gasping Save and close.
Open up p_view.cFind:gi.sound (current_player, CHAN_VOICE, gi.soundindex("player/gasp1.wav"), 1, ATTN_NORM, 0); Replace:gi.sound (current_player, CHAN_VOICE, gi.soundindex("*gasp1.wav"), 1, ATTN_NORM, 0); Find:gi.sound (current_player, CHAN_VOICE, gi.soundindex("player/gasp2.wav"), 1, ATTN_NORM, 0); Replace:gi.sound (current_player, CHAN_VOICE, gi.soundindex("*gasp2.wav"), 1, ATTN_NORM, 0);
