The contest maps have been added to Tastyspleen by quadz. 
They can now be found here for general access:
tastyspleen.net/~quake2/baseq2/maps/?C=M;O=D
They've also been added to mymap on mutant, vanilla and railz servers.

Most of the maps have been added to 'mymap' on mutant.
Some have also been added to 'mymap' on vanilla and railz.
Also, for a limited time, the default map rotation on mutant has been changed to play through most of the contest maps in succession.
