I successfully compiled it with .bat file. But that's quite difficult. It worked well before, may be I just have to re-install the Windows?

I haven't solved the problem yet. How can I configure compilers that QE Radiant would use?

You got it compiling successfully with hand-made .bat files, right? I'd say you've got it working enough.
You can try editing the scripts/<projectname>.qe4 file to change the map compilers and command line options QERadiant uses, but it's quite difficult. I personally don't bother with it.

I'm still using that .bat you described to compuile my maps. It's not really convinient if I want to compile a part of the map using region.

Maybe I just have to use more modern editor. Is it possible to use your compiler with GTK Radiant?

Did you try finding and editing the .qe4 file? That might be worth it if you really need to compile map regions from inside Radiant.
As far as GTKRadiant, I've found that it's not made with Q2 in mind, and will break if you have retextures installed in your baseq2 folder. It shows them instead of the .wals without scaling them to fit, making it impossible to align the textures. Also, it appears to use the same scripting for map compiles as QERadiant.

Knightmare, can you speak with ericw about helping him with the compiler using arghrad's code, that would be the best of both worlds seeing that ericw's tools had issues translating the old lightning into the new one on Q2R while Call of the machine and Q2N64 really looks better.
