Hey guys.
School is over on Tuesday, so expect about 3 mods released that day.. then on Wednesday is my birthday, so that's even better. June 27th, 1993 I wanted to change my birthdate in my account here so you would know in the thing, but I had signed up with "June 26 1987" because I was 12 at the time, but now I'm thirteen.. gonna be fourteen in three days, wahooot.
Anyway, on to the status update. Because of various reasons I have changed the CMS my site uses to a hopefully more customizable one. Go check it out, sign up if you want. paril.gaminggalaxy.net.
Two, I'll be actually releasing the famed "ReloadQ2" you might of heard me talk about soon. It mixes the fun of Quake2 with the might of reloading and a clip list. Also included with ReloadQ2 is ent and ant support from Brazen.
Three, if anyone KNOWS of the mod Brazen, expect version 2.15 to be released soon by yours truly. This version contains many bug fixes, and many new weapons! You can tear both weapons off of the Gunner now, and all three off of the Tank! Also, I have fixed all missing and invalid models brought on from the 2.00 release. As an added bonus, gibbing monsters is now way cooler; you'll actually see gibs of the monster you gibbed! That's right, no more generic gibs for every monster, each monster has a unique spurt of gibbing magic. On top of this, you can now also use the Machinegun in your right hand.. and the Shotgun in your left! Just select the Submachinegun as your right hand, then scroll your inventory over to your Shotty and press +attack2! I have also added weapons of some missing Stroggos that weren't included in 2.00 such as the Gladiator's Railgun. You can read more in-depth about this in the readme whenever I get it done.
The beta of RTQ 0.5 will be released soon as well, featuring many new Marine and Stroggo monsters. It also features a small buy menu test allowing you to buy power screen/power armor for any unit.. at a cost, of course.
I don't think I forgot anything, but keep on rockin' guys. If you have any other comments, questions, etc, just let me know here.
