Has anyone ever seen this game around? I was looking around <The Bargain Shop> and I found it in the games rack, so I took a look at it, the graphics were pretty good (DirectX 9.0b), and it was only $2.50, so I bought it. Edit: I didn't choose over Diablo 1 anymore, I got Diablo 1 and Robot Arena 1 (both originals and rare ) just a while ago When I got here, and I tested it, I was impressed by the gameplay.. I have a screenshot of me doing a 720 flip in Stunt mode (The goal in Stunt mode is to do flips, wrecks, jumps, alley-oups, spins, and falls to get points.) I'll take some more shots if anyone wants to see the game in action. It also has online play, Skin Editor, Track Editor, Replay Viewer/Editor and a few more editors. It has 5 modes of Singleplayer gameplay. Races Puzzle Platform Stunt Survival Very fun game. If you run into it at the stores or anywhere, buy it! Then update it from the game's menu, and give it a spin! -Paril Kalashnikov

Alright! If you find it, I'll race you online I'm uploading an avi of a track I downloaded for racing. It features me trying to beat my silver-medal-winning ghost of a previous try (Of course, I fail.. with a very embarrasing end!) Check for it! I'll reply when it's up.

This game kinda reminds me of Monster Truck Madness. You guys ever played that? It's pretty old now, from around 1996 or so. It's still a lot of fun to play and has a groovy soundtrack.

Heh, yea, you can make long long roads. Max speed is 1000 mph.
Anyways, I'll release a new demo later, longer and using the Official Paril's Projects car.

Its a fun game. The shame of it is, is that its bundled with StarForce and you are required to install it and keep it installed to play the game. I suggest that you Google "StarForce" and read up on it.
It tanked my PC when I first installed it, I had to reload everything from an image I had fortunately made just days before. It installs part of itself on your Ring 0 and can create major havoc with your system. For me it was system-fatal.
Trackmania is great program but StarForce is complete garbage. You are unable to keep any kind of Virtual Drive software on your PC at the same time. So that no Daemon tools or the like and no virtual drive emulation. And there are legitimate reasons to do so.
BUT...
The level editor packaged with Trackmania is quite the gem too. You can easily create an entire racetrack in mere minutes. The lighting is pre-set, the "brushes" are more like puzzled pieces that you place where and how you like. The possibilities are endless.
I like the game but hate the EVIL that come along with. I was very happy to see that UBI Soft is (not the maker of this game btw) is no longer going to support Starforce. I hope that leaves them out in the cold.

I know it doesn't, I loaded a torrent of my backup of Q1 on Daemon Tools a day after I installed it. I have no trace of StarForce. Something else must have installed it..
Keep in mind I got "Trackmania: Power Up!", not "Trackmania: Sunrise", the new one.
