My ping to ts really sucks most of the time (I'm in de), but I'll give it a try. When does it start?

You can jump onto the DM2 server any time, the maps are already up and in the rotation.
The actual splatterfest event is going to be sunday night at 8:00pm EST.
It may be a good idea to have another event for the European crowd. Anyone got influence over a European server that you can get the maps added to a rotation?

Sure, I got my own server in Germany. It already has 3 maps, I'll upload the others in the next few hours.
To play there, just connect airrocket.net.

The splatter fest is 8:00pm EST tonight. That should be about 10:00am monday morning for you. Hope that helps. I doubt that you celebrate labor day down under but hopefully you can make it. I'd say that it's certainly worth taking a day off work to play these maps.

Ah ok, sorry. Seems EST is a bitch because the abbriviation stands for at least 3 different time zones: Eastern Standard Time (Australia), Eastern Standard Time (North America) and Eastern Summer Time (Australia). New York follows Eastern Standard Time (North America) in winter only.
I deleted the old post to avoid confusion. Better remove the wrong quotation from your post, too.

I doubt I'll make it, though I'll certainly try. My connect is via wireless USB modem with serious bandwidth caps, but we'll see.

Some ggs there!
Seems my ping is ok (more or less). Don't be astonished when I leave and return quite often though -- seems my connection is very instable. Changed my ISP lately and something's still weird.
