Ughh- Yupp! I made a pipe bomb today & a threw it over the bridge and OOPS.. I didn't really want to share that!
WOW..
Anyhow- I finished cleaning up (Ok it's NOT done but it works) a Quake 2 Utility. It essence it's about 80 .Dll Mods in one.
I use it for Single Player/COOP by switching .DLL's when I make the changes.
Typically if you want to have 200 round shotgun. You'd have to either go and look it up as a MOD online. Another way is to compile the dam DLL yourself. (However too many are too dam lazy to help others who wanna learn how!) Well, don't wanna knock what this app looks like?
WHY DIDN'T YOU ASK SOONER?
Well here is part of the Read Me text. ________<START>--------------- Config This! v0.5
Updated: August 24th 2012
Quake2 mod allowing configuration of over 80 parameters. Works in Multiplayer as well as Single Player.
I lost all of the original text information. I UZI at Quakepc.com can only take credit for 'cleaning' up the program's spelling issues. Whats great about this Mod is you don't need to find all 80 Mods online when they all AIO MOD. INSTALLATION
Copy this folder into your quake2 directory.
REMOVAL
Delete this folder from your quake2 directory.
Delete 'ConfigThis.ini' from your windows folder.
EXECUTION
Double click on 'ConfigThis.exe'
Set your quake2.exe path
Set quake2 parameters as desired.
Click 'OK'
NOTE: Currently, clicking 'OK' will not "tell" quake2 to use the dll in the
ConfigThis folder. Thus, none of the parameter changes will take place.
If you move the gamex86.dll in your baseq2 folder somewhere else and copy gamex86.dll
from the ConfigThis folder into the baseq2 folder then all is well. If anyone knows
why it's like this I'd appreciate some help. Thanks.

Well there is ONE slight problem..
