Am I imagining things, or was there a way to adjust the amount of damage each monster inflicts with the console and/or config files with KMQuake2?
I seem to recall this from the distant past. I'm returning to some old Quake 2 levels, just for fun.

No, monster damage is still hardcoded. All player weapon damage and spread/speed values can be changed, however.
Monster health values can also be overridden and they can be equipped with power armor/screen via .ent files for each map. This is mainly a mapper-focused feature, though.
