Anyone notice how many Reality T.V. Shows are on T.V. now. Do they even have any regular shows on T.V. anymore? I used to be a big fan of Reality T.V. but it seems like they have so many now, I can't keep up.

Alas, I can't help but consider most of the programs on television these days simply mindnumbing and intellectually insulting.
Way too many reality shows on television. Writers in Hollywood must be struggling to find work. Hopefully this fad in television will pass soon.

There is a reason for the reality shows.
First, they are popular.
Second (and the most important reason), right now the actor's guild have been debating their contract with Hollywood. An actor's strike could be a possibility if things are not ammicably settled. Reality shows do not need to be unionized and therefore the 'actors' on the program would not be part of the strike. SO, if there's an actor's strike, guess what programs would NOT be affected and still running on prime time?

I am proud to say that I have never watched a complete reality show from beginnning to end. I watched a few minutes of the season finale the first season on Survivor. Since then I will stop for maybe 2 minutes when I run thru surfing, but thats it. Guess I have enuf reality in my life where that kinda show doesnt appeal to me. ;D On the flip side, I have seen all the Seinfeld episodes about 5 times each and I still laugh at them.
