Yeah, the gas prizes are crazy, here in iceland a liter (quarter gallon or so) costs 125 kr. (that would be 1.68$) (so it's like 6.75$ a gallon) what is the price in the US?

In Southern California, we're up to $(US)3.25/gallon and people here are bitching about it! LMFAO. they should try living in Iceland huh? Luckily I drive a very economical vehicle, and the rising prices have affected me very little at the pump. You can't use a lot of gas in a 26 year old, 1st generation, Honda accord. I've tried driving it as hard as it will go(about 80 mph)and I still get about 30 miles per gallon... I don't know what kind of fuel economy that equates to in metric units, but its pretty darn good.

about $2.87/2.90 for Reg Unleaded here in MS.. but you have to factor in that MS is the lowest paid for wages in the whole US lol.
it's over $3 for Supreme (who uses that and why?) lol

Good point, gas is a bit over-priced now-a-days. I saw somewhere here in Canada, it was 102.4 on the sign.. That's just too much, and I thought 99.2 was the highest they were going to push it..

I saw a station out in Los Angeles right by the freeway with Deisel fuel for $3.75/gallon. half a mile away, the price was down to $3.25... I guess it's just easier to rip people off when they really need gas.
I have a feeling its only going to get worse in the next few years. Just hope my old car makes it that long...

Indeed, I agree. What was the main reason they started the high prices? Was it a shortage or they just want more money from us?

Man....40 dollars to fill up my tank now. That's in a mid size sedan.
I think it's time to start drilling in America and say the hell with the animals and fish who live in those areas.
Who's with me?

Right on "w"....i mean really...you know what, they have tons of offshore rigs off of Louisiana, some of which I've been on and they have tons of fish swimming by them all the time. I think all the talk about destroying the environment is a bunch of crap.
