Contact me if you do not have the Generations mod. The main theme is stone brick floor and larger stone block walls. There is a Quake I symbol above the red armor. Can you find the trigger that makes the quad come down? How about the secret area? Can you find that? I tried to make this map as small as possible for that ultimate quake feeling, but it didn't go so well hah. I had to tweak the lighting a bit to make sure there was enough coverage. NOTE : This map will not have any items if you don't have the GEN mod. Build Time: about 2 weeks. Compile time: about 2mins Textures used: All from original Quake I. Enjoy Wide grin

maybe you should make a vanilla Q2 version too. even if people have the generation mod, they won't really use it for playing.

Why not? It's a great mod and I'm working on it a little bit.. high quality non-original models basically, fixes for weapons to be like their real counter-part.

Maybe he meant "gothic" instead of "demonic". It's certainly gothic...which was one of the best things about Quake 1.

ok Skies I got a chance to actually run around and play in this map with Rosco and some others tonight.. neat map.. cool man.. really different map from what i had thought you had created since I went off your screenshot haha the darkness and deep red and torches part seemed demonic from now on i think i might kinda go to just giving comments for maps after im able to play on them with others and check it out better on some server haha.. i pretty much send any and all that come out to be put on the BOD server for whenever they can get to it also, i don't have the hook when checking them out offline haha
