Fantastic tutorials, Paril. I really appreciate this. I'm still having some issues with Quark, so I'll see if I can catch you on MSN sometime. My biggest problem is trying to align things accurately... there's gotta be a simpler way than what I'm doing. What I mean is, if I have one room, then another room and I want them to be aligned (for creating an entryway), it takes ages to get them lined up. Even then, I'm usually off by a few, so it creates leaks/holes in the map.

Yeah, I know that's a problem. Try using a grid of 2.

Well, what I'm having trouble with is zooming in close enough to see where I'm moving. But when I'm in that far, I can't see the red square anymore in order to move it.

Plus the actual black lines snap sometimes, so at different zooms they may cross, be further apart or closer together : (
