I am using trigger_push to move enemies on a conveyor belt because I cannot get func_conveyor working. However if an enemy dies, his death animation stops and blocks the guy behind him. How can I either push the dying body or move it out of the way? *Note - the method cannot attach any triggers to the enemies.
I tried putting a trigger_push below to make them float but they sink right through it while still alive.

The func_conveyor did not work in Quake 2. If you look at the SP map they use the func_train as the conveyor belt.
The trigger_push won't push dead body's
And if you want to make dead body float use trigger_gravity.

The body itself doesn't float but some of the gibs do. It's ok now I guess, I lowered the enemy count and the rest is working beautifully.
