I have a rotating brush in my map but when I shoot at it q2 crashes
might it have something to do with the rotating brush is inside a transparent brush or do I have to remake the rotating one?

Hmm. A direct hit to an object causing a crash. It's likely that when the object collides with the brush it can't calculate the normal. Either that, or it is TRYING to hurt the rotating object (because it might have a takedamage) but it doesn't know how to die. Make sure the health of the object is 0.
Try moving the transparent brush; anything's a possibility here. Can you pass the BSP over me through PMs? I'll debug it in Q2 and tell you what's causing it.

There no health setting on func_rotating.
And you don't use transparent textures on func_rotating.
Would have to see the map to see what going on there.

well can't send you the map or show it to you (it's for the contest) but the rotating brush is inside a transparent brush, not transparent it self I guess I'll try some things out, but if everything fails, I guess I'll just have to remove the rotating thing

Oh, haha.
Since entities can't be "inside" brushes I assume you mean physically it's inside of it. That should cause no problem. Just try moving stuff around until you get something that works I guess. Delete brushes in the rotating object one by one?
