Games. They're fun, but lately I've found myself just surfing the net after work and doing some stuff in 3DS Max. I hardly play any of my games anymore.
Maybe it's because I've over-played them. Maybe it's because I am just sick of the fact that in the end, I'm just gonna have to take that path like I've done countless times before, in order to get to the next level.
I do like gaming, don't get me wrong it's great when you play as you can escape to somewhere that everyday rules aren't needed.
Maybe I just need to take a break from the PC for a while and do something different so I appreciate it more when I do use it. I spend pretty much each and every afternoon on it just trying to get the motivation to finish my projects, but I keep surfing the net all night...It's like I am just "existing" for the sake of it, and I am bored to hell of this existance.
I need something more and I can't seem to find it in what I am doing at the moment. I am a hermit pretty much, and there's not much to do around my area to get excited about, besides going to clubs and pubs and getting pissed, which I hate doing...I need a better experience, and soon.
I m ranting yes. Am I saying that I will never finish what I started? No. I will be using my PC to get the work done that I need to and uploaded for you guys to sample. I am just seeing what you have to say...And this is not a sob thread, even though it may sound like it...I just need a bit of inspiration.

I don't play much anymore, neither. If I play, I play online games against (q2w) or in a team with (etqw) a friend. Sometimes we playtest q2w maps with quite a few team members.
I buy older games for little money from time to time (just got myself ut3 and bioshock) and run through them in easiest mode to get inspiration for maps.
