Lo mates! Soo, yesterday I was thinking about what Maric said about puzzles and such, so I started making my own Puzzlemap.. I actually ended up sitting the whole night trough playing with it, and trying to come up with different "puzzles".. Also had to teach myself how to use different entities that I haven't used in a while, but it was great fun anyway Only point with the map is the get hold of the railgun! Pretty much the same as a jump map in other words, except all you do is pushing different buttons Anyway, thought I'd share it with you guys Grab it here!...

Thats a pretty cool map. When it comes to remembering how to use certain entities, those old tutorials come in handy.
Using the jump mod + lazarus would be ideal for these sort of maps .

Very very cool, and inventive! The middle crane was a little counter intuitive. Maybe a platform on the bottom would make it's purpose a little more obvious. Please make more

This gives me a whole new idea of maps - Puzzle maps! Maps for invalids who can't complete a single Jump map (me)... However, I can't seem to grab the soldier properly with that claw machine. Is there a demo of correct playthrough of the map?

Glad you liked it Peewee I had a blast making it, so I'll sertenly make more of them! And about the claw, it's actually a just a platform with a clip-texture, the so called "claws" are walktrough.. Atleast they're suppose to be, but maybe it doesn't work for monsters.. Oh, and thanks for making the walktrough video

I like it! I expected something rushed or ugly like many of the q3 defrag maps qhen I heard puzzle/jump map but this one also looks good!

Once you unlock the cage, is that it for the map? It was over too soon . But it does provide good ideas like that crane!

Well yes, like I said, the goal of the map is to get the railgun! And it was mainly just to try the concept out.. Next map will be a bit longer I think Just working on different types of cranes, trains and such.. I found it funnier to try to make stuff without the use of Lazarus
