Just figured I'd share a project I've been working on the last couple of days! I just figured out a way to convert the Quake 2 .map format into a .obj, so that I could use it in Unity3d! So here is the first map! q2dm1 ofcourse! kmlt88.net/UQ2/WebPlayer.htmlThe controller itself sucks atm, because I only used a standard, built in, character controller. I will make a better one later on..... The funniest part of the project, is to see how the textures look with a bump-map attached to them! I've only created a few bump-maps at the moment, just to see how it looked!

Interesting. Is there a way turn up the light as I almost get a black screen? -W1

Hmm, I'll see what I can do when I get back home from work! edit: Fixed a brightness-slider, and a "menu".. But, if it's still too dark, I think it's your screen that's a bit too dark.. That will also explain why the PrintScreens you post, are so bright!

That will also explain why the PrintScreens you post, are so bright! Well, now it I can't get the link to work..lol. Ok, I know that if you use a laptop or a flatscreen the light is much brigther. I still use an old monitor and it is set to full brightness. When I post screenshots, I usually use Microsoft Office picture manager to make the screenshots brighter. An example is this screenshot posted by Margaal: Here I can't see neither the background building or what's in the streets. So, when I make it a bit brighter I can see everything like this: -W1
