Looking for the Sony N64 Quake 2 MAP(s). I can't seem to find it without running into tons of other crap in google results. If you don;'t know the difference between the SONY Quake 2 SP Map(s) vs the PC Version : Download Quake - Quake 2 DOS/PSx/PC Sony PSx axis is very choppy and stiff. Which is one of the main reasons Quakers discussed making the same Map for PC. I never finished my PSx version and really want to play the PC version.. Help! Thanks! The Psx Emulator file name is: Quake_2.exe with the Quake III icon for some strange reason?

Here is the N64 Emulator & Q2 rom ----> rom <----I suggest (Project64) Emu to play Q2. ----> (Project64) Emu <----hmmmm ....Mouse control setup Emu first time is hard & tricky. ----> here is my Project64 config + mouse plugin <----just overwrite and you're ready to play Q2. (don,t forget hit ESC key = play full screen mode with good working mouse). Have fun!. = = = = = Uhhh.... Unfortunately, it`s NOT possible to extract roms data. only option is to re-create sketches the mapz again. Regards.

I noticed I cant save on the EMU/ROMS.. I was maybe 3-4 levels out. I hit a Esc or something which closes the emulator. ( Ever see a grown man cry?) That was me- lol One thing that gets me. Is some of the keys are hard/impossible to emulate cause of how many keys the PSx has. SO I shoot straight. Sadly at time I have to shoot UP at the flaming (Thing") to open a hatch or doorway. This is where the Shift keys come in then Windows goes into this HOT KEYS mode? It sounds like a old DOS computer and 'beep' beep' when this window pops up. (Hmm- wont do it now- I was gonna do a screenie) I don't know what happened suddenly I was unable to jump but then able to shoot. SO, I went on playing for awhile. I read an article on how they tried to possibly use the maps files but of course they cant. I seem to recall there is a copy made with the intent of mimicking the PSx maps. I would be very disturbed not to find it or learn it was never done? One could record the screen using one of many recorders. Maybe some would/could/has drawn it down on paper as well. God knows we ALL have played the Sega Saturn versions! (Same as PC) The PSx are a bit different which makes it something a quaker would enjoy. Well I am barefoot with a pitbull throwing around a 18inch mammoth bone. I MUST go now shower and then get dressed. Thanks for the Links! Psx v1.13 seems to work the best.
