Along with the score sheet, Judges please also submit 2-4 sentences of general improvement feedback for each map. Basically what you think each mapper can do to make their map better, since some might still choose to make fixes after the contest. Thank You!

Where do we submit our scoresheets?
Also, wouldn't it be better to write positive feedback as well, letting the mappers know what they've done right? That's another way to improve.
2-4 sentences is also pretty arbitrary; I'd rather write as much as I feel that needs to be said.

The deadline is March 30, so try to get it wrapped up as soon as possible in the next two days. I much rather receive them sooner than later so I know who's finished already. Where do we submit our scoresheets? Also, wouldn't it be better to write positive feedback as well, letting the mappers know what they've done right? That's another way to improve. 2-4 sentences is also pretty arbitrary; I'd rather write as much as I feel that needs to be said. Sure you can write as much feedback as you like, but try to keep the most important suggestions near the top in the first 2-4 sentences. As far as submission, please upload your scoresheet to sendspace: (You can also rename it to MaRiNe.csv if you like) www.sendspace.com/Just drag and drop your file into the main box. Then send me the link to your file in PM. Thanks! Alternatively you can also send it to level_lord@hotmail.com Uploading to sendspace is easy, and doesn't require a log in:

Alright. I've never judged before so I figured I could get it all done fluently. I've changed the way I'm reviewing these so should get another 10 done by tomorrow.

I'm sure you'll do fine if you dedicate yourself now, although its best not to wait till the last minute, considering it's already the 8th day, and we want all the maps to be rated properly. We want to make sure all our maps get proper love and respect they deserve, and get rated accordingly Everyone will get 10 days in which to do their judging, so if you pace yourself, you'll be fine... I'm sure you can manage to rate 2+ maps a day. It'll be quite a marathon so we're asking everyone to work smart, and break up the work load evenly across your days. Ideally, it'd be nice if we can finish early and have the results ready for our Mappers by April 1st.

Thank you redangel121 for completing your rating tasks! Now we just need a short feedback for each map as suggested here: Along with the score sheet, Judges please also submit 2-4 sentences of general improvement feedback for each map. Basically what you think each mapper can do to make their map better, since some might still choose to make fixes after the contest. Thank You! Also alluded to in this thread: leray.proboards.com/thread/3632/jitspoes-wip-stuff?page=3&scrollTo=27660We appreciate all your effort & hard work, including rating maps and providing ongoing feedback, which enabled us to make this contest a success. We couldn't do it without you!

Honestly this feedback requirement kind of came out of left field. I wasn't expecting that it was mandatory so I organized my schedule to that effect when the judging period started, because it wasn't alluded to previously at all nor was it a necessary part of the previous contests.
I'll be glad to provide feedback that isn't the ratings I'm already giving (which are a form of feedback by themselves), but I'm not sure how I feel about having to do it under a deadline. Rather, what I'd prefer to do is post on the threads for each of the maps and actually talk with the authors about the maps after the contest is over.

If you feel you're unable to provide the feedback at this time, you can provide it shortly after the contest. Most important for you is just to get us your score-sheet on time. This feedback doesn't have any bearing on the overall score so we can receive it later. We just want to provide mappers with all the support needed to help them make improvements after the contest is finished.

Because of personal things that happen in my real life, I will not be able to deliver a scoresheet for the competition. I'm really sorry, but glad to see that we already have enough judges to make a good and fair judgment on the maps. A time extension will sadly not help me to finish. -W1
