Also on the map wcity3 (Strogg city cargo station) that I remade in the full pak file, you get an index overflow on hard, (and maybe medium) so I remade it and tested it, so I think it works now. Link: www.mediafire.com/file/kfdrxgzjqhnprdo/wcity3+fix.rar , just get something like pakscape to put it into the pak file.

With KMQuake2 engine this mod works fine.

When I exit the "stroggos" map to the next unit, my entire inventory gets cleared- no weapons, no ammo, no items. I checked the map, and the target_changelevel for that map change has the cllear_inven spawnflag set. Was this intentional?

I know its a year later, but no it wasn't intentional, and i don't know why that happened.
