knightmare,
there are two things I noticed lately. First : when you show a levelshot, the map message does not appear. Second : the warping of fluids in kmquake2_x64 is so slow that it is nearly un-noticeable.
will this be fixed sometimes ?

The loadscreen title thing is a deliberate design decision. The map title is not shown if the map has a levelshot.
If you want a verbose load screen with the map name/title, and all load progress, turn off simple load screens in the interface options menu, or set scr_simple_loadscreen to 0.
As for the fluid warping, I couldn't notice any difference in warping speed in the outdoor water area in base2 in both 32 and 64-bit builds.
Did you have r_pixel_shader_warp set to 0 or 1? Did you change r_subdivide_size from the default value of 64? Also, was this difference you saw on a specific map?

setting scr_simple_loadscreen to 0 worked. for the warping, r_pixel_shader_warp was set to 0. maybe something with my eyes yesterday, the warping was noticeable by a closer look.
