Important note:
You will need to remove the kmquake2.pk3 and kmquake2_extras.pk3 files in your Quake2/baseq2 folder before installing this test build.
The pk3 loading order has changed, and files named kmq2_pakxx.pk3 are now used so that user-made pk3s can more easily override kmq2's pk3 files in the baseq2 folder.
Changes since the last build:
Added Steam wrapper quake2.exe to launch kmquake2(_x64).exe.
Added 5120x1440, 5120x2160, and 7680x4320 video modes.
Added vid_modelist command to list video modes.
Added mouse acceleration and mouse filtering to controls options menu.
Added r_modelview_lightscale cvar to set lighting scale for models displayed in menus. This replaces the fullbright lighting of in-menu models.
Added cl_http_download_lowercase cvar to force filenames to lowercase for HTTP downloads.
Moved libcurl (used for HTTP downloads) to an external DLL, as it receives frequent security updates.
Fixed crash while simultaneously quicksaving and quickloading.
Added support for BFG Gladiator and Disruptor Soldier from 25th Anniversary unit in missionpack DLL.
Changed trigger_gravity to only affect players in Rogue maps or when cvar sv_trigger_gravity_player is set to 1 in missionpack DLL.
Added cycleweap and prefweap commands from Yamagi Q2 in game DLLs.
Added g_aimfix cvar to enable precise weapon/crosshair alignment similar to Yamagi Q2 in game DLLs.
Added precache of player inventories when changing maps in a unit to game DLLs. This fixes stutter when switching to a weapon that is not present in a map.
Added precache of monster sounds when loading savegames in default Lazarus, missionpack, and Zaero DLLs. This fixes incorrect monster sounds that can sometimes happen when loading saves from an earlier build of a game DLL.
Fixed AI movement crash in missionpack DLL.
