The REMASTER is an excellent thing that we needed a long time ago. Now I am asking if it is possible to take an existing map and make it have 1000 monsters or more. I want to take it as extreme as possible. Something that has not been seen in the game to this day. I would be happy with someone who would also teach me. How to make maps. software + guide
So what do you say? Does it have a chance to succeed?
In any case, I would appreciate a guide as soon as possible. for map editing software.

chances are that you will get a SZ_Getspace Overflow Crash .... but it depends on how many monsters can be seen at the same time.

Both KMQ2 and the Remaster support up to 8192 server-side entities in a map. So you can definitely have 1000, 2000, or even 3000 monsters in a map. Just don't have them all in view at once- KMQ2 currently supports a max of 2048 entities visible at one time.
As far as SZ_Getspace: Overflow, KMQ2 currently has a buffer 32x the vanilla Q2 size for transmitting entities in single-player. The Remaster apparently uses packet fragmentation for large serverframes; I don't know if it has a max size.
