Yeah, it's pretty obvious. Mark Shan may have some talent for SP maps, but he does not understand deathmatch at all .... These are just some of his SP maps, without working gameplay modifications for DM but with holes cut in everywhere so that there is no longer any vis blocking ..... r-speeds go up to 3000 and higher. Noone with some mapping experience will consider these monstrosities Deathmatch maps !!! His SP missions are quite challenging on the other side, I ejoyed some of them and still do. They have some monumental architecture, though lots of it is copy and paste and quite repetitive. Nevertheless it is often impressive and works well.
