the problem is in that server. when i download files with my browser - they get crappy and when i use flashget everu thing runs smooth anyway here's a valid link: stah.neostrada.pl/stahq2/maps/kapitan_maps.zipmaybe it's not too fast, but at least it's valid

i haven't heard from him for a really long time.
last time, he said something about being very busy, and as far as i remember he had a lot of trouble with finishing the 5 map set (kduel1-kduel5). it's even possible that he gave up q2 mapping and playing computer games at all...
however i agree with you, that he's done some really good stuff... maybe the maps are too colorful and q3-alike; he's also copied many ideas from other mappers, but that's his style and i respect it very much...

I've seen these maps before. Very nice layout but a little too much imitation of Q3A style mapping for my taste. There is just way too much detail in some of them like the one with the bridge...OMG! Way too much detail!
