This one is titled I/O and features a Tron-esque theme in yellow, grey and black. The usual suspects are included...minimalistic textures, geometrica style brushwork etc... Grab a copy of it here!

Am I right when I suppose that this map is more a Bob only one ? Or was it Neal only.... difficult to tell the two apart. However, maybe you can tell me something about this one first: it disappeared in its beta stage last year and it was entitled nandb_04 "Retinal Burnout". I made some suggestions to the color sheme used for it back then Why was it called nandb_04, right after nandb_02, and what happened to it ? Hmm, about nandb_03 : the visuals are nothing less than stunning, absolutely. This is no longer an abstract world like the one in the previous Neal&Bob maps, it is more extremely futuristic in an ultra-clean way. Well, you made some comparisons with the "Tron" movie yourself .... While the visuals are really awesome, I think the layout won't work. Too tight and too symmetric. This is not really good for duels nor for FFA. The realisation that the map has no real gameplay is inevitable, sorry. Moving through it didn't feel very pleasant. Not enough place to move or to run, no good jumping opportunities .... trying to fantasize a duel in there, it would be like permanently running into the wind tunnels, get weapons, and then jumping down to the ground again. Annoying after a short time. While it is possible to jump from segment to segment of the lower gallery, it does not feel really good. You have to jump on the balustrade for this, which feels odd because of the slopes at the inside of the balustrade. So the jumps between the segments of the gallery don't feel very good, and when you don't jump the whole thing lacks freedom of movement and connectivity. You should keep the visuals on this level and blend them with a better working layout next time.
