After all the questions in the forum, I did not expect this ...
Looks good!.. ...Wow the fan reminds me movie Total Recall.

Maybe you play a bit with that idea in your map.
And choice a other wallpaper that matches with movie atmosphere.

Did you play test the map?.
i use 3rd-Zigock Bot II for playtesting?.
Then you can see iff you need more path route, weapons, ammo.

iff you want?, send me the map..i remove big cube and fix hole,s.
Optimizing, then you can continue with this map.

It's a TP map, and it tested with real players - not bots It's a final version, maybe it going to be in Pro League, players want it

Servers (7-8) have this map and it's a reason why I won't optimize (big cube etc.), because of problem with administrators in upload

But I really thank You for this proposition I'll send You map file on email I'll be grateful if You will optimize it

The big cube is gone!.

You used too much the tool brush subtraction in your map.
It give nothing but trouble, split walls in x pieces it make leaks,holes.

In your next map...NO-more brush subtraction .

Zipped your new version, bsp & map... ---> Email.

Yea, I know that there are too many brush-substructions, but I was creating my map step by step, not from one big plan....that's the reason why I made a lot of substructions....

I had a problem with searching of holes, I can't understand in which easy way find them...


Another Questions - today we all have powerful graphic hardware - it is important to create hint brushes on map?

Nope....it,s not easy to find holes.....thats why it,s important to stay on grid 8/16/32.

Also keep your blocks square, no sharp edges , especially if you have to learn mapping....keep it simple for yourself.

Want'ya do Q2HTPRO ? I can do screenshots from q2htfixb what's pretty good and You could change my map with your so nice things

Map mustn't change its technical aspect - if on q2ht we can jump from Chaingun to Ammopack and we can't jump to Super Shotgun (upper lift), so in q2htpro it's must be the same (as in Q2DM1 and Q2DM1PRO)...

q2htfixb is pretty good but technical (teamplay) aspect where a few pro-players made it mustn't change .... I hope You understand at all...

Would You do in Your free time q2htPRO ? Not i 2-3 days, but in 2-3-4...10 weeks

And the title will be named Hammertime! by Shao Kahn - Margaal version.
