I would like to share a new Q2 mission pack I've been working on for quite awhile. I suggest using the KMQ2 mod since the complexity will probably overwhelm the original game engine. This is my first attempt at offering anything to this forum and I hope I got everything right. I used Winrar to create the archive but I saved it as a zip file. I could have posted a link to a rar file but not everyone has Winrar since its not freeware. I noticed someone posting a link to a Google drive account so I used mine as a link. Again, this is the first time I've ever used it. Monkey see monkey do. I do hope everything operates as it should. I'm sure this would be really easy for most people but I come from a time when computers cost half a million dollars, were the size of a bus and had the computational power of cheap calculators. Here's hoping the download link works : drive.google.com/drive/folders/1qx3z6Jk_gqoXES2jeExmRY-SCobtah22?usp=sharingEnjoy!

Well, to be honest, it's OK only if that's your first attempt. The architecture is quite poor, so in your future projects pay more attention to details. In on of your maps player can fall outside the map:
So make an effort and try to develop your own style!

was fun to play, a lot of good ideas/traps/ambushes/riddles, but it was not too hard. unfortunately also a lot of misaligned textures and faulty brushwork, there is something left to desire. I found the architecture rather basic, don't think the original quake 2 engine is overchallenged with it, didn't test it tho.
I'm sure you can improve a lot, keep on the work.

Hello xenderxoux,
here is my opinion of your addon:
Pro: - I like your machines in your maps - good use of ambient sounds - good use of func_ entities - nice ideas - good game flow
Cons: - poor map architecture - misaligned textures - bad texture use - often poor lighting
All in all a good start but improve your level design, because after a short time I got tired of this simple blocky layout.
