I will try to create a q2 map, what program can use? Hi Paplo, And welcome to the Café. Il give you this link to a very secret place where you can download Tread 2.4: www.planetquake.com/tread/It comes with the authors helpguide and is totally free and have been since 2001/2002 The Author made a complete new soursecode for this program, and it works fantastic. But its soooo..old now, just thinking about hes earlier versions...lol.. so now you might wanna turn you head toward Quark or Qoole or a lot of other fine programs made in this century...Most of them are for free, thank god.. How I config the tread to do a .bsp file? and the other question is how many quake units is like 1 meter? Thanks I had the same problem and solved it by reinstall the program. When you save the your project, it saves as a "trd" file. Then when you compile it, it makes a "prn" file, a "map" file and then a "bsp" file. Its the Qrad, Qvis and Qbsp wich is being executed. But iv run into some problems again with exactly the same thinggy. Il, say that 2 units is about 1 meter. Wixen1

somebody could fix the problem? ? Here we go: Quote: When you installed the newer tread, you cant allow it to install to program files, make a folder on c drive called tread3d and install to that, the original version had same problem. Sounds like the problem i had when i installed 2.3. Quote end. Great thx. to SHERM..for the help... Wixen1
