President Bush is pulling ahead of John Kerry in three polls as the race for the White House approaches its final two weeks while a fourth poll finds the candidates are deadlocked. This is really bad news for Kerry. Even after the debates in which the main stream media were praising Kerry and doing everything they could to put him on top....he's still going down...... Hmmm.....maybe time to hang it up Kerry. Notice: The views expressed by me are not the views of all Cafe' Members. If you are offended by my views, feel free to post your opinions on my board. i know nothing about the presidents in the usa but i do know even tho i hate both of those guy's , i would rather see kerry be the president as bush is just twisted and brought more war to the world than there was before ... i feel they should have left iraq to fight their own war instead of using billions of $ to put no more than a dint in iraq , i heard the bush admin had a list of countrys he was going to invade or "fix" as he calls it , its times like these that no affence but NewZealand is the best place to be and thats out of all this war bussiness and corruption if i spelled that correct hehe . the usa is not a safe place anymore ... sorry if this didnt have anything to do with the election

kold, Thanks for your post.
Let me ask you a question. If these terrorists would strike in your country and kill 3,000 innocent citizens, would you want your leaders to sit around and do nothing?
We had a President here in the U.S.A. who did nothing, but that didn't help either.
I'm glad to have a President who's taking it to the terrorists.

to be totally honest Le Ray, I doubt the strength of our countries leadership would see us through anything like that. Yes that's my 2 bobs worth ( personal view) & yes its sad but I believe we have a buncha self "effacing" worms with huge & greedy heads on them running our little island. First sign of trouble or of being caught in a lie & they do a dingo ( a runner for cover, tail between their legs) so where's the strength of leadership here ... ummmmm, lemme guess .... in the way they ggt the blame shifted onto others thereby confirming to the welfare mentality of the plebs .. I mean public, that the best guy's runnin the place & then they keep on teaching everyone to continue acepting welfare instead of a good work ethic that may include sweating .. meh... almost got started didnt I

i do agree with your points Le Ray , i sure wouldnt want someone to attack my country and get away with it and no i wouldnt like nz to be attacked and loose that many lives, but i feel bush going to war with iraq has left the usa and many other places open to a even bigger attack which isnt a question of if but when sadly , maybe bush is the right guy to lead the world to a safer place im not sure ..
