Maybe "Jail outdoor" theme would look better: But then I have to remake the design of that outdoor area.

you are pretty much into the jail - theme. but that's cool. Tell me why? I've noticed, this is the rarest theme. Base theme is already boring everyone. Warehouse theme too. And hangar. Even in standard Q2 DM maps there's no single usage of "Jail theme"!

yep, the standard themes become a bit stagnant by being used so often. of course you can create your own mix of different themes ....Jester and Maric created cool maps with the stock textures.

Just tried to use some of KM Engine features. Combined func_rotating with target_effect. How such thing is called, a radar? A satellite?

Hi!
I updated a little my gugg_jaildm1, so recommendations are welcome. Deleted railgun, redisigned the trap chamber and rebalanced a bit. Hope that will be final version.

well, zip it up together with a descriptive textfile, then I could upload it to the server.
same for the pk3s of you I have in my baseq2, gugg_citydm.pk3, gugg_ctf1.pk3, gugg_powerdm.pk3 .... maybe you can create text files for each of them, where you explain that they are for kmquake2 (for noobs) and other informations.
I would pack all this together and upload it.

What can you say about gameplay? Is it better without railgun? Maybe even put doors to separate corridors?

Don't you think that gugg_ctf1 looks a bit dark? Maybe add some light?
