Hey does this bridge move up and down when we jump on it? lol j/k It might....schould I make it move....well I dont know yet...hehe...surprice...surprice.... No really, its actually my real first atemt to make a decent map. The wixen1 failed becourse of my programming tool failled on me and I released, what was,... like the rest of it... . Did not know at that time if I ever was gonna make another map!!...I was Pi...ed of... But now Iam pretty sure that this one will make it, not perfect, but as close as a newbee can get to a release of hes/hers first one!! ... I hope.... Wixen1

I almost gave it up.... but found out the trouble... The quake engine cant put a round water unit in a round bassin unit....lol...thrue?.... Iam on it again, it might be a christmas gift Wix1...

schrecklich .... this bridge is much too thin. it will crash when we walk over it. Hehe...you have to try it, if you wanna know if its working (holding).....Are you a Fat one?...lol... Wixen1

I almost gave it up.... but found out the trouble... The quake engine cant put a round water unit in a round bassin unit....lol...thrue?.... Iam on it again, it might be a christmas gift Wix1... ;D round water unit ? what's dat ? noone said that the water has to fit exactly into the pool, Wix. you really don't need to create brush curves for the water to fit it into the round pool. lol !!! just make the water an eight sided prism which is slightly bigger than the pool border wall. there is no problem if it overlaps the surrounding brushes.

some ordinary 4-sided water-block which is bigger than the pool would do the job as well. if it (the water) is transparent and/or emitting light, just don't let it touch the void, if you know what this means.

you might wanna make some things with more polygons and less curves ... It takes less time and doesn't look all that bad. Every little area doesn't need to have a donut door and a round cistern and curved walls... Use the curvy stuff to accent a generally squarish level and you'll be crankin 'em out significantly faster.... with less screwy errors and such.. It's easier on your framerate too.

Both Grieve and whirlingdervish...I know you think of the right way to do this, and iam pleased. Thx. again.. But I try to take it slow. And iam not, NOT putting any more round stuff into the map. Period!!!. This map is already more than 3Mb, so it got to big anyway and will maybe never be used. But never the less i hope to release it befor Christmas with or without the mishaps I may have done!! Wixen1
