Just to tell everyone about my mod that is in development (well technically done, just player models of monsters are not done). At the beginning, deathmatch only though, you select your class through a layed out PMenu system, and you get every weapon, speed and sounds that the Strogg you selected had! Also, to give you the Strogg experience, world effects are the same, such as no falling damage and just a bump fall sound.
If anyone wants to BETA test it, you can check it out in a day or two, and I will have the BETA uploaded, every monster is done.

As for maps, I have no current ideas, since the levels from Q2 and the mission packs are good enough, but if you want to help me out with maps, give me an email, I'd take all the help I can get.
If anyone has any modeling experience with Q2 too, I would also take your help.

Just a quick reply here, sorry for the double-post if it's a rule, but anyone who knows about modeling Player models for Q2, MSN/Email me quickly at email@example.com, it has to do with my mod, I need someone to convert the Quake2 monster models into player models, or atleast tell/show me how.
You will recieve plenty of recognition in the credits, it would be greatly appreciated.
Tried, but I need the FULL monster models because every weapon is in use for EVERY (I repeat, EVERY) Quake2 monster, therefore I need each of it's attacks and everything in there for me to hack in with the game DLL, which is possible (I've tested it..)
Thanks anyways, but see the problem is the model won't appear in Player Settings (well in my mod, it says "No Valid Player Models Found" >>), and there is no reason why it shouldn't. All I did was open the model, move the skins, unlink all skins and make the "_i"s, is there anything else I must do?!
Alright, triple-post, sorry guys. But false alarm, aparently the skin_i.pcx was messed aparently. I'd say, give me a few days or so and I will have a version of StroggDM up WITH MODELS OF WHATEVER MONSTER YOU ARE! It might cause a bit of lag, but it will be fun!

I expect maybe one more day, and I will have the working release for you! Some things have been edited to balence out the monsters, mostly health, and the Medic Hyperblaster for example which now shoots a bit more rapid than the normal Medic's. I MIGHT add the Medic Reviver one day, where you can revive bodies into health boxes or mega healths, if you've got ideas for weapons (after release) send em in!
Also, as a side idea, and a question for everyone:
Do you think monsters from both Mission Packs should be added?
