Was my favorite in ffa, maybe because I timed RA so well the entire game. Rocket ppl in hallways close till you run out of rockets, then ssg ppl in the face on the ramps untill you get more rockets I slowed down at 38 frags to let everyone else play the map a bit more, and accidentally got a double kill to end it. Central part with the mega was fun timing rockets for the players running along the outside ledge up top.

Too much to get stuck on for me. Needed to be simpler, more rampy around the outside than blocky. Learning process, I'll be around for the 9th contest, and a map or 3 between.
Thanx for the input, found myself running out of rails alot when I played it. Barton loved the corner with mega and rail, very hard to break him out of it.

Was alot of fun, I got to play all but one of the maps. Tehsandwich and I even got to one on one a spirit map for a round. Great action. I think my least favorite was mine, go figure Just hard to move around.

8th contest maps are all there, mymap command in the console to chose them. Fraglimit 30 timelimit 10. Temporary setup for people to just have access to them. (Quadz rules!)

It was in my head, had a waterfall idea falling into a pool at one end. Just decided it had enough polys for one room. Drew a blank on how to deal with the walls and ceiling as it was. Havn't made a q2 map yet that wasn't just one room Q1 yeah, just need to get the courage back

Me + ladder at railgun = Pissed off people. I'm actually wondering how to break it if anyone else pulls the same thing.
Although big, I dont think you need a ton of players, the areas are easy to get to. If one area isn't busy the next big area is just a couple of straf's away.

The blades rock! With JUST the right sound, totally makes them even more badass. I dunno how gameplay will be, doesnt allow for too much.

Found the fish, didn't take too long either. (nvm - both maps have the fish??? Damnit) Massively better than your other map, The other map looks smoother, but play is gonna be rough compared to this one.

Yeah, nice work. FFA will be fun, but I wanna see how duelers handle it. Plenty of spots for predictions/sound cues. Balanced ok too.

Wow, this is presented nicely! I'll have to put more time in for contest #9 I used the list at top to go through all the bsp's. Need to change 'jnana.bsp' to 'jnanas.bsp' and remove the apostrophe from devilsmoon.bsp Happy mapping =p
